I have been doing Residential Design/Drafting since 1978. In 1985 I received my degree in Architecture. Since graduating, I worked for an architect for five and a half years; as well as doing freelance work in my off time. T.L.C. Designers Inc. has been open full time since Feb. 15, 1990.
Having worked with numerous builders over the years, growing up with my dad a builder and my mom real estate agent and also integrating my years with an architectural firm and on my own, I have developed a good eye for making plans proportionally correct with street appeal while still making it cost efficient to build. Thus, I have developed custom plans for use by builders.
No longer will you have to mark up and change a set of stock plans while hoping all of your subcontractors understand and comply to your changes. With custom plans there will be no need for field changes. I also have stock plans at a reduced cost.
